Brad Anderson the winner again
The third race of the European 2 Stroke Championship was also won by Brad Anderson. The two-time champion won both heats on the Faenza circuit. Manuel Iacopi (2-4) finished second ahead of Federico Tuani (4-3). In the standings, Anderson is 49 points ahead of Eugenio Barbaglia, Tuani is third, 50 points behind the leader. And there are no Belgians or Dutch in this championship.
1e some
In the first heat, Eugenio Barbaglia was allowed to set the pace in the early stages. After two laps Anderson takes the lead and does not relinquish it to the KTM rider. The 'British Bulldog' wins the first heat with more than 10 seconds ahead of Iacopi. Iacopi is therefore second, followed by compatriots Barbaglia and Federico Tuani. Canadian Kade Tinkler-Walker completes the fifth round in this round.
2e some
In the last heat on the Faenza circuit, Iacopi takes the lead but Anderson quickly takes the lead and wins by 13 seconds. Iacopi is in second place for a long time, but later he has to bow to Emanuele Alberio and Tuari. Iacopi crosses the finish line in fourth place and Tinkler-Walker now completes the top five.
There will be two more races for this championship, both of which will be held in November at the Arco di Trento circuit.
