Andrea Bonacorsi the best during the first heat
The first heat during the third race of the European 125cc Championship was won by Andrea Bonacorsi. The Fantic driver managed to win on the Faenza circuit ahead of fellow countryman Pietro Razzini and the Estonian Meico Vettik. Andrea Rossi is the third Italian in the top four and Guillem Farres completes the top five. The only Laaglander in the points is Scott Smulders, the BT Racing driver (photo) crosses the finish line in seventeenth. Ivano van Erp (26th), Cas Valk (27th), Dave Kooiker (34th) and Junior Bal (36th) remain far away from the points. Liam Everts loses the lead in the standings to Bonacorsi.
