Van de Moosdijk about his third podium place in Kegums
Roan van de Moosdijk was the only rider to finish on the podium three times in Kegums. The Eindhoven native rises to third place in the standings of the FIM MX2 World Championship. Here on MXMag, the 19-year-old motocross rider looks back on Kegums3 in which he had to target former 125cc Junior World Champion Maxime Renaux.
Roan van de Moosdijk's response: “It was tough today, not only because of the temperature, but my starts weren't really very good. I had to come back, especially in the second heat. I think I came out of the first corner outside the top ten. Fortunately, I quickly found a good pace, which allowed me to make up places. When I spotted Renaux I knew I had to beat him to get on the podium. It worked and I am very satisfied with that. I would like to thank the F&H Kawasaki MX2 Racing Team as well as the sponsors, Monster Energy, my family and the supporters at home in front of the television.”
