Technology: A clear explanation of the adjustment of your suspension
Admittedly, adjusting the suspension on a dirt bike is not easy. You must first understand what all the terms and settings stand for and that they also influence each other. What do expressions like rebound, high speed and low speed compression mean? And in what situation are you going to change the settings?
Everything is explained in detail in the video by our colleague from Vital MX. And if you want to experiment yourself to understand all the settings, we recommend that you write down your current setting and then turn many clicks in both directions to see how it affects the handling of the bike. The number of clicks is always counted from the setting at which the adjusting screw/nut is fully screwed in. Good luck.
