Team Vanluchene makes itself heard!
Sidecar cross top team Vanluchene is super professional both on and off the track. The 2018 world champions therefore make it a point of honor to keep sponsors and fans well informed. Unfortunately, there isn't much to report right now, is there?
We are at the end of June 2020 and this is only the 4th newsletter from Team Vanluchene, which is not our usual practice. Unfortunately, the sidecar is still mandatory in the stable and in addition to the information already received from Team Vanluchene around the 2020 season, there has been very little to say so far.
Covid-19 brings with it a difficult story, but we are gradually seeing a sidecar coming into action abroad again, albeit only for training. So it's high time for some more extensive news about Team Vanluchene.
As you already knew, the 2020 World Championship has been canceled in its entirety, which is of course a shame but understandable. Marvin, Ben and the Team were ready, the material was ready, just like the men and teacher within the Team. The preparatory training for the 2020 season was successfully completed and Team Vanluchene was ready to compete for the 2020 World Title, but it was not to be. Despite all efforts, it was for nothing this time, we stood there and watched it.
But change is coming, from July 1 the sidecar can be brought back from the stable, which is positive news even though the goal, the 2020 World Championship, no longer exists. So 2020 is not yet completely over, in all likelihood a few more international competitions will be organized where various World Cup teams will compete, including Team Vanluchene.
