Maggy 'SuzMX' Haeck died after a long illness
A familiar face at the VJMO and MCLB competitions was Maggy Haeck, also better known as SuzMX. A woman with her heart on her sleeve and a passion for the sport and 'her' federation where she spent many hours every weekend.
She also set up the SuzMX Team where she tried to make our expensive sport just a little less expensive for her pilots through deals with sponsors. But SuzMX wasn't the only one who went to great lengths for her team of pilots, she was never afraid to help.
This is done by, among other things, handling the pit board, taking photos, filming requested sections of the course... All so that the pilot can practice his sport in a fun and constructive way.
Maggy died yesterday after a long illness and that will be considered a loss by the entire VJMO-MCLB family and far beyond.
From the entire MxMag editorial team we wish Sarah, Jan, Steven, family and friends the best in this dark period.
