Jose Butron gets rid of metal in his ankle
Last year, Jose Butron suffered a serious crash during training in the Czech Republic. The Spaniard seriously injured his ankle in that crash. Three plates and thirteen screws were placed to make everything stable again. Because the metal started to irritate more and more, it was decided to remove it last Thursday. The KTM rider is currently recovering and waiting for the green light to get back on the bike, but it is not yet clear whether Kegums is feasible.
