HOT: 2020 MX of Nations Canceled!
Infront Moto Racing just announced that the 2020 Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations has been cancelled. The MXoN was scheduled for September 25, 26 and 27 in the British Matterley Basin.
Despite all the efforts of the local organizer (Steve Dixon) and Infront Moto Racing, there is no alternative but to cancel the 2020 edition of MXoN due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Additionally, Infront Moto Racing has received information from almost all non-European teams that normally participate in the event that they will not be able to participate in this year's event due to the COVID-19 complications of the travel and quarantine protocols.
Therefore, taking into account all these factors and with the aim of coordinating the biggest off-road event of the year at a very high level, Infront Moto Racing and the FIM have come to the conclusion to cancel the event and look forward to a phenomenal Monster Energy FIM MXoN in 2021!
That MXGP of Winchester, which was to be held together with the MXoN, will now be replaced by the MXGP of Città di Mantova on September 30. This forms a diptych with the next weekend in Mantova on October 4.
