KTM sets new standards with 2021 EXC enduros!
KTM has the best and most extensive Enduro series currently available on the market. In addition, the advanced 2021 models with two-stroke or four-stroke engines received an additional upgrade. Thanks to the three models with two-stroke engines and the groundbreaking Transfer Port Injection system (TPI) and the four models with four-stroke engines that make up this series, there is a model that suits every adult rider and every racer. This is regardless of whether the motorcycle is used for competitions or conquering the most extreme terrain on earth.
KTM has used the expertise and experience gained from the WESS Enduro World Championship and a number of other racing disciplines around the world to develop the KTM EXC technology. The 2021 KTM EXC model range is the latest expression of KTM's off-road vision and is distinguished by a modern, yet unmistakable READY TO RACE appearance. Among the biggest upgrades to this model range are improved suspension and engine protection components, as well as brand new graphics.
De KTM 300 EXC TPI is a class-leading two-stroke engine with an impressive power-to-weight ratio and unprecedentedly precise handling that will impress even the most experienced riders. 2021 marks four years since KTM's advanced electronically controlled fuel injection system for two-stroke motorcycles was born. TPI breathed new life into the two-stroke engine and enabled an improvement in riding performance and experience. Thanks to TPI, the rider has the right power at all times. TPI automatically adjusts the fuel injection, so that this no longer has to be done manually based on climate, altitude and other conditions. Another major asset is the electronically controlled automatic lubrication.
Like all other 2021 EXC motorcycles, the KTM 300 EXC TPI is equipped with an additional preload controller in the WP XPLOR front fork. This adjuster allows the fork to be adjusted for different types of trails and terrain conditions. In addition, the ultra-lightweight KTM 150 EXC TPI features a new piston that delivers more consistent performance.
KTM is stepping up its efforts to make the KTM EXC-F models the best four-stroke Enduro motorcycles on the market. The excellent level of the 2021 KTM EXC-F models secures KTM a place at the top of the various racing rankings and makes the models attractive to riders of all skill levels. The KTM 350 EXC-F is the ultimate example of a motorcycle that combines the power of a 450 with the sophisticated handling characteristics of a 250. The new KTM 450 EXC-F and KTM 500 EXC-F are real powerhouses equipped with updated gear lockers for even better performance.
The 2021 KTM EXC range is also strengthened by the KTM EXC SIX DAYS models and the KTM 300 EXC TPI ERZBERGRODEO. These models are designed for the toughest terrains on the planet and are incredibly powerful. The new KTM 300 EXC TPI ERZBERGRODEO pays tribute to the iconic Erzbergrodeo Red Bull Hare Scramble. The KTM 300 EXC TPI ERZBERGRODEO is a limited edition motorcycle with a laundry list of special parts that honor its READY TO RACE bloodline.
With the READY TO RACE engines in the upgraded KTM EXC SIX DAYS series, KTM is positioning itself even stronger in the Enduro motorcycle market. The 2021 KTM EXC SIX DAYS models underline KTM's continued contribution to the historic International Six Days Enduro. KTM has developed a race-winning package for each model that is factory-ready for the toughest tests. In parallel with the 2021 KTM EXC models, KTM PowerWear and KTM PowerParts have been developed for the highest performance, optimal protection and maximum dynamics for both the rider and the motorcycle.
The engines will be available from July through authorized dealers. For more information visit: www.ktm.com/enduro-2021. Full details of the 2021 KTM EXC models can be found from June 22 at www.ktm.com.
