Nagl wins only MX1 round in Dalecin
Today the first race for the national championship was held in Dalecin, Czech Republic. Many well-known pilots from the MX2 class traveled to the province of Moravia to participate. In the MX1 class, however, the top riders were less dense, so Max Nagl was put forward as the favorite.
The German was the expected man in this class and so it happened. After taking the lead in the first MX1 race shortly after the start, KTM rider Max Nagl eventually won the race by more than six seconds ahead of his Austrian colleague Pascal Rauchenecker and the Czech Václav Kovář. Greg Smets finished 21stth in this first series. The second series was canceled because the medical service helicopter was not present at the start. So it became too late to start. Next week there will be the second match for the Czech championship in Kaplice.
