Standing Construct GasGas about Valkenswaard
During his home Grand Prix, Glenn Coldenhoff will clearly be in the corner where the blows fell. Yet the Brabander managed to fight back very strongly. Here Coldenhoff and his Italian teammate Ivo Monticelli tell their story about the Dutch Grand Prix in Valkenswaard.
Glenn Coldenhoff: “Obviously these are not the results we want because I was confident that I would have the speed and fitness to finish on the podium. Unfortunately, things turned out differently. If you want to finish on the podium you have to be there in the early stages and unfortunately that was not the case. It is always difficult when you don't get the results you know you can achieve, but we will continue to work hard and look forward to the next Grand Prix in Argentina."
Ivo Monticelli: ''It was a better Grand Prix than last week in England because I have now managed to gain a number of points. Still, it was a difficult Grand Prix and I crashed in the second moto. This caused my shoulder a lot of pain again. I hope there is not too much damage so that we can work hard to get fully fit again."
