Raf Meuwissen scores both heats in the EMX250
Last weekend the first race of the European 250cc Championship was held at the Valkenswaard circuit. It was unclear for a long time whether Raf Meuwissen could take action. In mid-December, the Limburger broke his lower leg, so the last few months have been all about rehabilitation! It took blood, sweat and tears, but at the Eurocircuit the BT Racing driver was there and how! Meuwissen managed to get into the points in both heats. His new teammate Camden McLellan also came into action and managed to score 1 point.
"I'm not yet satisfied with the driving. I'm still far from 100 percent, but to finish in the top 15 twice, after only being back on the bike for a few weeks after my injury, is not bad," says the No Fear Energy-supported rider.
