Herlings talks about his first GP victory of the season
Jeffrey Herlings won the first race of the FIM MXGP World Championship on the beautiful but battered Matterley Basin circuit. The KTM rider came first and second and with that he recorded his 87th GP victory and he has the 'Redplate' in Valkenswaard. The Brabander looks back on the British GP.
Jeffrey Herlings: “I came here with not too high expectations. In the first moto it went perfectly, but in the second moto the circuit was very treacherous. There was also a low sun making it difficult to see clearly. I am satisfied with the start of the championship and now on to Valkenswaard next weekend."
