Cobra Moto goes electric in 2021!
Cobra Moto, which is relatively unknown here in Europe, has announced that it will release an electric motocross bike in 2021. Cobra Moto is widely known for its competitive 50cc minicrossers. Are they going to challenge KTM and Husqvarna with their CX-E5?
This is the company's first electric battery motorcycle, and it is designed to compete in the future Electric Limited youth classes of AMA competition. This minicrosser has comparable performance to the current Cobra 50cc with combustion engine, features a quick-change battery and different operating modes so parents can gauge performance based on skill level. This model will make its debut in the 2021 model year. It is not known whether this small electric dirt bike will come to Europe.
