Bogers has the speed but expected more!
With a seventeenth and fifteenth place, Brian Bogers managed to get into the points in both heats. The KTM rider had expected more on the Matterley Basin circuit, but poor starts affected the Eindhove native. The 23-year-old motocross rider looks back on the first GP weekend of 2020!
Brian Bogers: “In the first moto I had a bad start and when I also made a mistake I was in the backfield. Despite a crash, I managed to come back to seventeenth place. I also got off to a bad start in the second moto, but in just three laps I managed to get back to thirteenth place. Then I dropped back to fifteenth place, but it's still a good day. My speed is good, but bad luck keeps keeping me away from the top ten. I'm looking forward to the next match in Valkenswaard, where the aim is to score better during the weekend in England.”
