Six-year ban for doping sinner Kade Mosig
Motocross rider Kade Mosig has been given a six-year sanction for 19 violations of Motorcycling Australia's (MA) anti-doping policy. Mosig tested positive for some banned substances in May 2018. He was arrested after an Australian Sports Anti-doping Authority check at the MX Nationals in Murray Bridge, South Australia.
Mosig was given a mandatory suspension on July 10, 2018. This means that Kade Mosig will not be eligible to compete, as an athlete or support person (including coaching or official), until he completes his six-year sanction. In addition to the six-year sanction, all competition results for Mr Mosig will be deleted from December 9, 2013. Mosig can participate in the sport again from July 10, 2024.
Kade Mosig about the suspension: “I accept the sanction imposed on me with the understanding that I have made some bad decisions in the past. I would like to apologize to my family, friends, competitors, supporters and my sponsors. I will continue racing professionally and will make no further comment on this matter. "
