Tim Edberg in Dutch service at Riley Racing
Tim Edberg has been part of the Yamaha family for a number of years. The Swede has previously competed for MJC Yamaha Team and JWR-Yamaha. In 2020 Edberg will be active in Dutch service! The 18-year-old motocross rider will compete for Riley Racing Yamaha. Within this new team he will be Nick Horsten's teammate! Both riders will compete on a YZ250F prepared by Van Hastenberg Racing and equipped with Kayaba suspension. The team has already got the workshop in order and the team truck is ready for use!
Edberg will focus on the European 250cc Championship combined with the Swedish Championship. Furthermore, if possible, he will be active in the KNMV Dutch Masters of Motocross and the KNMV Open Dutch Championship 250cc. Horsten will also be active there, the 21-year-old Eindhoveen resident has had his motocross career at a low level but wants to show himself again at the highest level soon! Later in the season, Horsten also hopes to be able to compete in the EMX250! Gijs Engelen will be active for the Riley Yamaha Team in the MON Inters MX2 and the ONK 250cc.
