Mike Alessi crowns himself “King of Herning”
Mike Alessi has after the first evening in Herning, also won the second evening of the supercross in the Danish town. The American thus crowns himself the “King of Herning”.
This time Mike Alessi, riding Honda in Denmark, had to leave the holeshot to Kevin Ballanger, but in the first lap Mike Alessi took the lead from the Frenchman. A little later, the Frenchman also had to pass the strong Norwegian Håkon Fredriksen for second place and Kevin Ballanger finished third. Also present there in Denmark were Marnick Lagrou, Menno Aussems and Heikki Geens. None of the three reached the final on Friday or Saturday.
