Injury for TBS KTM rider Cas Valk.
In preparation for the new season, Cas Valk took action in Ottobiano last weekend. The match did not go smoothly, but these are preparation matches after all. To start in Mantova this weekend, Valk stayed in Italy, but things went wrong there last Thursday. The KTM rider crashed and hurt his right hip and pelvis! We immediately left for the Netherlands to visit the hospital there on Friday afternoon. A CT scan showed that Valk has a pelvic ring fracture. For the time being, the reigning Dutch Masters of Motocross 85cc champion must rest. It remains to be seen how long the crosser from Nijverdal will be out of action.
