MX Rookie Jeremy Knuiman ready for Le Touquet
This Saturday, February 1, 2020, Jeremy Knuiman will appear at the start of the famous Enduropale in Le Touquet. This legendary beach race in the northern French seaside resort will be for the 45e time to start. Jeremy will start in the junior category in the 125cc 2-stroke / 250cc 4-stroke class.
Because Jeremy reached the age of 9 on December 2019, 17, this automatically means that he is no longer allowed to compete in the 125cc class. So a logical consequence is that he switched to the 250cc. In consultation with Ecomaxx Racing Fuels, this has become the 250cc 4-stroke class. After winning his Dutch title in October 2019 in the 125cc class, we immediately switched to this motorcycle. The entire winter was spent getting used to and adjusting this new engine. After the winter training in Spain, training for the Le Touquet beach race started at the beginning of January. This means many hours on the bike to prepare for the hour and a half beach race. The engine is equipped with a large tank (thx Sjaak Martens) and a special exhaust from HGS Exhaust.
With good courage and perfect preparation, the trip to France will start on January 31, with a good ranking as a starting point. With a French organization you never know what surprises will be thrown out of the hat, but everything is well prepared, including the necessary pit stops.
The race will take place on Saturday morning from 10.30:12.00 am to XNUMX:XNUMX pm and can be followed live on
