Kevin Strijbos continues with private Suzuki team!
Six-time GP winner Kevin Strijbos (34) is not thinking about quitting yet! Kevin rode a strong finish with JWR Yamaha Racing and achieved top-8 finishes in both Sweden and Turkey. Next season, Strijbos will continue in the MXGP World Championship in his own private structure supported by Suzuki Germany and other loyal sponsors.
Behind the scenes, 'the Kid' has not been idle in recent weeks. Kevin was able to convince Suzuki Germany of his project and will, in addition to World Championship competitions, also compete in the ADAC MX Masters. Youthstream today published the list of the official team on which Strijbos' structure is listed as 'KSRTmx'.
“I'm happy to be back on a Suzuki in 2020. We are busy completing the complete picture of our team. More news will follow soon, but in any case I am very much looking forward to my private adventure,” said Kevin on Instagram. Strijbos finished second with Team Belgium in the MX of Nations at the end of September.
