Liam Everts chooses Maxxis tires!
Liam Everts and “Maxxis Tires” are proud to announce their collaboration for 2020. The Taiwanese company, founded in 1967, has been showing for several years that they want to take their place in motocross. This by being the main sponsor of the British Motocross Championship for many years until last season. But also by letting the quality and performance of their products speak for themselves in competition.
In 2019, for example, we saw the Italian Guadagnini become both European and Junior 125cc World Champion on Maxxis rubbers. “Maxxis Tires” was also the tire brand of choice for Brad Freeman, and that counts because the Briton was crowned EnduroGP champion in 2019.
Liam Everts: “I will put my confidence in the Maxxis tires next season. The brand approached us with a wonderful opportunity. After I had been able to test the different types of tires on different surfaces and weather conditions, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only about the tested material, but also about the company! We then quickly made the decision to close the deal and therefore use Maxxis tires next season.”
At Maxxis Tires they do more than just develop motocross and enduro tires. For example, last season Nick Nuyens' cycling team: Roompot – Charles came out with Maxxis cycling tubes. In addition to these very nice tires, they also make very wide tires for Jeremy McGrath, among others. The former supercross and motocross champion is an ambassador of the brand. In this capacity he participates in the Offroad Truck Series. He also likes to use the Maxxis Tires when he swings a leg over his motocross machine.
