Wageman and Breece win in Chemnitz!
In Chemnitz, Robbie Wageman and Ryan Breece created happy faces at Motorrad Meyer Racing. Wageman (photo) also managed to win on Saturday evening, making him the new 'Prince of Chemnitz'. In the toughest class, Mike Alessi won the final, but Breece is the new 'King of Chemnitz' after his second place today. Jeroen Bussink ensured Dutch success, he managed to qualify for the SX2 final and finished twelfth!
In the 20-lap final, Alessi gets the best start ahead of Tyler Bowers, Boris Maillard and Ryan Breece. Alessi quickly manages to gain distance and he no longer sees the victory in danger. Bowers is in second place until he makes a mistake, causing Maillard and Breece to pass him. Breece then manages to get second place and never relinquish it! With this, Breece wins the overall ranking and takes distance in the title battle. Just like yesterday, Charles Lefrancois comes back very strong in the final and he comes third again this time ahead of Maillard and Bowers. Jeffrey Meurs is the only Dutchman in this starting field and unfortunately he is in the last chance.
