Update: Micky Dymond will be fine!
The former motocross rider suffered a serious crash last week while riding his racing bike and had to be taken to the hospital's intensive care unit with serious injuries. There he was kept asleep for several days to allow all the strength to flow towards the healing. Today we received fantastic news from Brenda, Micky's wife.
He is awake again, and was able to eat, talk and even walk around. He's getting a little better every day and that's great news considering his injuries. Dymond landed on his head and suffered serious bleeding in the brain. MRI scans will of course follow to map the healing process, but this news is already very hopeful. MXmag wishes Mickey a speedy recovery.
