Unprecedented guidance for motocross riders at every level!
After a successful internship as a physical supervisor at the KTM DIGA Junior Racing team, Yente Dourte decided to offer his services as a trainer/coach to the general public under the name of X Performance. There was clearly a demand for a certified trainer/coach who was at home in both the motocross world and the scientific trainer world. He had the opportunity to coach athletes at both international and national levels. Together with his athletes, he has had a great season with numerous places of honor, victories and titles. To make the guidance of his current and new athletes even more professional, he has decided to join forces with the multi-disciplinary team of Pulso-Preventielab.
Pulso-Preventielab is a sports lab/center where both professional athletes and enthusiasts can go for tailor-made guidance. With a team consisting of a sports physiotherapist, dietician, psychologist and performance coaches, Pulso is always ready to provide unprecedented guidance. Taking exercise tests (even on location), customized strength training, physical guidance of both individuals and teams are all part of the wide range that Pulso can offer. This is often the key to success for several athletes. In cycling and triathlon, Pulso already collaborates with many large cycling teams and clubs such as Gaverzicht-Okay, EFC-L&R Vuylsteke and the Izegem Triathlon Club.
The collaboration will start on October 1, 2019. With this collaboration, Yente wants to expand his knowledge so that guiding motocross athletes can be even more professional. In addition to his work as a performance coach at Pulso, he will remain active as a motocross coach and sports caretaker. Thanks to this collaboration, Pulso will be the first sports center that can guide motocross athletes in terms of strength training as well as on a physical and mental level.
For more information or a no-obligation introductory meeting, you can always contact Pulso or Yente Dourte.
