The Netherlands now also wins WMXoEN, Belgians just miss the podium!
Nancy van de Ven and Shana van der Vlist have just easily repeated the impressive performance of their male colleagues last weekend in Gdańsk, Poland! Both ladies stood head and shoulders above the rest as a team, and were crowned Womens Motocross of European Nations champions with a score of just five points (1+1 for van de Ven and 7+3 for van der Vlist). Larissa Papenmeier (3+4) and Anne Borchers (4+5) were best of the rest for Germany, beating the Danish ladies who eventually managed to take the final podium spot. Amandine Verstappen (2+8) and Brenda Wagemans (13+13) ultimately fell just short of the podium, ultimately finishing in fourth place for Belgium.
