GSM Dafy Michelin Yamaha announces Maxime Desprey and Xavier Boog
Ex-GP rider Serge Guidetty has been running one of the top teams in France for quite some time. After several years of restructuring, GSM Dafy Michelin Yamaha has now attracted two top riders: Maxime Desprey and Xavier Boog. Desprey is the reigning Elite MX1 champion, while Boog is a fixture in France.
Both Desprey (ex-Gebben Van Venrooij Kawasaki) and Boog (ex 24MX Honda) are also well known to us. Desprey is once again aiming for the national MX title. In addition, the two-time 'Prince of SX Paris/Lille' will also compete in the SX Tour this winter. Next season he will also continue in supercross (SX Tour & Pro Hexis) after the outdoor season.
Boog, a five-time French Elite champion, will participate in various national and international competitions, just like this year. Furthermore, there are several 24MX Tour races for the French Elite Championship on his program. To pass on his experience to others, Xavier is also used as a coach in Serge Guidetty's guidance program. In this way, Boog will guide young riders during their European Championship competitions and give lessons during internships.
Finally, GSM Dafy Michelin Yamaha is close to an agreement with a top SX1 rider. To be continued!
