Jekabs Kubulins wins the bLU cRU Superfinal 65cc
Jekabs Kubulins won the YZ bLU cRU Superfinal 65cc in Assen. The Latvian started second behind Dex Kooiker and managed to strike when the leader went down! The Swede Freddie Bartlett comes second ahead of the Dane Frederik Rahn Stampe. Kooiker comes back strong to cross the finish line in fifth place. Mick Kennedy (11th), Dani Koot (12th), Cody de Beer (13th), Luca Kuijpers (28th) and Kevin Martens (31st) also managed to reach the finish. The top three riders during this final will secure participation in the Yamaha Master Class later this year. In addition, two additional riders are invited to participate in this Yamaha Masters Class. A rider will be appointed there who will receive support from Yamaha in 2020.
