Flanders wins the second round, Vialle his first GP!
The second round during the Swedish Grand Prix was won by Calvin Vlaanderen. The Honda rider manages to take advantage when leader Tom Vialle makes a mistake and falls. Still, the Frenchman is happy with his second place because it gives him his first GP victory. Jorge Prado has crashed and he comes back to Adam Sterry's rear wheel. However, the Kawasaki rider finishes third ahead of the Spaniard. Vialle (2-2) therefore wins this GP ahead of Flanders (4-1) and Prado (1-4).
Once again not a flawless race from Jago Geerts, the Yamaha rider has to be satisfied with eighth place. With Vialle's victory, he makes up many points in the battle for third place in the championship! Vialle is now fourth, just seven points behind the KEMEA driver. Brent Van Doninck scores three points by crossing the finish line in 18th, Cyril Genot (21st) and Marcel Conijn (26th) do not score.
