Report: David Cools Pro Moto X Bootcamp!
For many young people, the months of July and August are synonymous with time off from school, holidays, and for many this also means time for camp! This is no different for our MX youth, which means they have also been able to attend various MX internships in recent weeks. One of the internships that immediately caught the eye was the Pro Moto X Bootcamp from David Cools MX school.
For example, with the cooperation of Sport Vlaanderen, David was able to visit the Bloso sports center in Herentals together with his pupils. There they could perform the necessary training work for a week under perfect training conditions. For one week, under the guidance of trainers Davis Coole and Jilani Cambré, they were immersed in the life of a full-time professional athlete.
Not only motorcycle technology was on the program, but also an extensive schedule that combines motocross with running, cycling, swimming and strength/stability training. Of course, such an internship also attracted our attention, and we also sent Dieter Jans to camp for a 1 day. Curious what that looked like? Then take a look at his fun photo report of one day of Pro Moto X Bootcamp here!
