Belgian GP Sidecars in Gooik: All practical information!
This weekend all eyes are on the Belgian Grand Prix for the sidecar class. The Vanluchene-Van den Bogaert combination will compete against the other top riders on the rolling circuit in Gooik, Flemish Brabant. At the top of the provisional ranking is the Dutch-Latvian duo Bax-Stupelis, 71 points ahead of the reigning world champions.
It seems quite a difficult task to close this gap, but in sidecar cross, everything is possible. Marvin Vanluchene and Ben van den Bogaert are aiming for nothing less than the double in their own country. To plan your weekend of motocross in Gooik perfectly, we will provide you with all the practical information on a tray. The match is the twelfth in a series of fourteen matches for the world championship. AMC Dworp has been working on the circuit for two weeks and welcomes the drivers and the public with open arms in the Pajottenland.

You can reach the circuit “Hof te Wijngaard” by typing Wijngaardbosstraat 1, 1755 Gooik into your GPS. As a side program, AMC Dworp organizes an open 250 and 500 series for solo pilots and a side series for sidecars. Adults pay €30, children from 12 to 16 years pay €15. Youth up to 12 years old can enter for free. A camping pitch costs €25 including electricity.
