Junior World Championship: Now Guadagini, De Wolf thirteenth!
Last year in Australia, Mattia Guadagini seemed to be winning the FIM Junior World Championship 125cc. However, things went wrong for the Italian in the last five minutes and the title went to Bailey Malkiewicz. This year the Husqvarna rider left no doubt about it and in Arco di Trento he won both heats. Tom Guyon (2-2) came second ahead of Swiss Mike Gwerder (3-3). The best lowlander was Kay de Wolf, the cross rider from Eersel finished twelfth and thirteenth during the competitions. Kjell Verbruggen only scored in the first heat when he finished eleventh, Liam Everts also managed to get into the points in the first heat with a sixteenth place.
