Jacobi takes the Dutch title in a blood-curdling final
Van de Moosdijk wins the Zwarte Cross final and Sterry climbs onto the podium
With a lead of 17 points, Henry Jacobi and the F&H Racing Team reached the final of the KNMV Dutch Masters of Motocross. After the first heat it had unintentionally become exciting because despite a heat victory by Roan van de Moosdijk, Jago Geerts managed to reduce his deficit to three points! In the second heat it had to happen and it did because despite a tenth place, Henry can call himself the new champion! The victory in Lichtenvoorde went to Roan who won both heats. Third place in the daily rankings went to Adam Sterry!

In the training, Roan managed to set the fastest time and he immediately took the lead. Adam follows in second place but then takes over the lead. Henry didn't have the best start and narrowly came out of the first corner in the top ten. Adam is allowed to set the pace for the first three laps, but then Roan takes the lead and then distances himself. Adam has a battle with Vialle, Vlaanderen and Geerts! The Belgian manages to accelerate in the second half of the race, working his way up to second place! At that point, Henry has worked his way up to sixth place, but he runs into machine problems that force him to slow down! Roan wins ahead of Geerts and Flanders manages to pass Adam for third place in the last lap. Henry crosses the finish line in thirteenth position, meaning he starts the second round with a three-point lead.

In the second round Geerts takes the best start ahead of Roan, Adam and Flanders. Henry comes out of the first corner in eighth place, but he then quickly works his way up to fifth place behind Flanders. In the second lap, Roan managed to take over the lead and the 18-year-old Brabander never looked back. He breaks free and also wins the second heat. After Geerts loses the lead, bad luck strikes and he has to leave the match! This means that Henry is certain of the title and this takes a burden off the shoulders of both the drivers and the team. Behind Van de Moosdijk and Vlaanderen, Adam crosses the finish line in third place, but that does not happen without a struggle. It is Vialle who pushes the Briton to the limit, but 22-year-old Adam cannot be denied third place and he comes third ahead of the Frenchman. Henry enjoys every lap and he crosses the finish line in tenth place, where his team brings him in with fireworks and confetti. After fourteen years, Kawasaki has won this title again, the last KX250F to win this title was ridden by Stephen Sword in 2005!
On behalf of the entire F&H Racing Team and its riders, thank you for all your support, support and encouragement! We are happy to share with you the joy of our first Dutch title, the moto wins and podiums this past weekend!
