Third victory in a row for Valentino Roks
Valentino Roks also won the NK quads in Valkenswaard. The Ecomaxx rider managed to finish both heats and recorded his third victory in a row and the fifth victory of this year. Second place went to Luc van Lenning with two second place finishes in the heats. Marco Keunen took third place on the podium with a third and fifth place in the heats. Fourth and fifth places went to Gymano Besems and Arjan Bac.
First heat
The holeshot premium of one hour of free sports massage went to Roks for Hoffard, Koolhaas, Keunen and van Lenning. This put the most important names in the championship right at the front. Roks quickly gained a small lead. It was Koolhaas who passed Hoffard on the third lap and also managed to catch up with Roks to pass him on the seventh lap. Meanwhile, Van Lenning had passed Keunen and was in fourth place. In the eighth round there was bad luck again for Koolhaas. He made a wrong choice among the stragglers and ended up on the wrong track, which ultimately resulted in him coming to a standstill along the track. As a result, Koolhaas fell far back and it was Roks who was able to take the heat victory ahead of Hoffard van Lenning, Keunen and Bac. However, Hoffard did not pass the sound inspection after the heat and was moved back five places. As a result, Van Lenning, Keunen and Bac moved up one place and fifth place now fell to Besems.
Second heat
The holeshot premium was now achieved by Van Lenning ahead of Roks, Besems, Koolhaas and Hoffard. In the second lap it was Roks who managed to take over the lead. In the next round things went wrong for Hoffard. His quad stalled and he fell far back. It was now Mike Ver Boven who entered the top five. On the fourth lap, Koolhaas passed Besems to finish third and chase Roks and van Lenning who had now taken a lead. Ver Boven was unable to maintain his fifth place. It was Keunen who passed him. Roks now had a small lead and managed to take the heat victory again ahead of Van Lenning. Koolhaas' pursuit ended five seconds behind Van Lenning. Besems followed well behind, but still managed to keep Keunen behind him.
