Dean Ferris rests the season at Raceline-KTM
Back in Australia, Dean Ferris will finish the season with KTM! Ferris unexpectedly returned early from the USA where he joined the MonsterEnergy Yamaha Team. This as a replacement for the injured Aaron Plessinger, but with the aim of riding the full LucasOil AMA Motocross Championship. Expectations were high, but the former GP rider failed to meet them. Ferris came into action earlier this year during the British GP as a replacement for Romain Febvre, but then he injured his knee. As a result, Ferris returned home to be recruited by Yamaha for the “AMA Nationals” a little later, but unfortunately without the desired success.
