Luke Clout takes control!
Luke Clout won the seventh race of the Pirelli Australian MX Nationals in Maitland. The Yamaha rider finished second and first to take the win ahead of teammate Kirk Gibbs (3-1) and Hayden Mellross (4-3). In the standings, Todd Waters loses the lead to Clout while Mellross also passes the former MXGP rider! In MX2 the victory goes to Kyle Webster, he (photo) comes second and first. Nathan Crawford (2-1) and Jay Wilson (3-4) were allowed to climb onto the podium. A bad day for Wilson Todd (4-6), who saw his lead in the standings decrease to ten points!
