Pootjes is taking extra rest with an ankle injury
Davy Pootjes will not travel to the upcoming races of the FIM MXGP-MX2 World Championship in Indonesia. The Husqvarna rider injured his ankle during the Latvian GP. The recovery requires more time and it has therefore been decided not to take part in the competitions in Asia and to focus on the other Grand Prix from Loket. The 21-year-old rider currently occupies thirteenth place in the standings of the MX2 World Championship.
