New injury for Max Nagl
For Max Nagl, it is hoped that 2019 will quickly turn into 2020. The German is having a particularly bad season due to injuries. During the first GP in Argentina, the Sarholz rider suffered an elbow injury. This ensured that Nagl could make his return to the FIM MXGP world championship in Teutschenthal.
The joy was short-lived because Nagl hurt his knee in the first free practice. Nagl was examined last Monday and on Tuesday he immediately went under the knife for a new anterior cruciate ligament. This means six months of recovery, meaning the KTM rider will no longer be in action this year!
