During the time training it quickly became clear that Hakon felt very much at home on this beautiful circuit in Rhenen. It was a new circuit for the student, but with a fourth training time he immediately made it clear that he was looking forward to it. The start is reasonable and Hakon comes out of the first round in ninth place. The group of five riders in front of him seems to be distancing themselves. Kucherov is passed on the second lap, after which Hakon closes the gap of three seconds on the group. In ten minutes of racing, the FXR-clad rider works her way up to sixth place. A connection with Everts is being sought, but a mistake prevents this. The fifth man takes distance and Hakon crosses the finish line in sixth place.
The start of the second heat is great and Hakon wins the HGS Holeshot Award! The cheerful Norwegian is able to hold on to the lead during the first lap, but then De Wolf takes over. After that, some mistakes are made in a short time and someone passes by again and again. Hakon drops back to eighth place, but fortunately he manages to recover. After more than 15 minutes of racing, Kucherov is caught again and Hakon sends his Motorex-lubricated SX125 to seventh place.

The starting field during the Dutch Masters of Motocros 250cc is particularly strong with no fewer than ten GP riders! In training, Kevin manages to set an eighth fastest time with his training bike. The competition machine was sent to Russia last Monday for the next EMX competition. The start of the first heat is not very good, but places can be made up immediately in the first lap. Kevin comes out of the first round in thirteenth place, after which he quickly works his way into the top ten. A tough duel with Vialle follows and the 'Viking' manages to decide this in his favor, meaning he crosses the finish line in ninth place.
When the start for the second moto goes down, Kevin gets away well and it looks like it will be a great race. Nothing can change as quickly as motocross because things go completely wrong on a descent! Kevin takes a serious fall and has to be treated by the first aid. The crash has major consequences because a number of teeth are lost. He can't even open his mouth at first! Kevin also has some facial bruises. The exact damage is not yet known, a CT scan will soon be made in the Maaseik hospital.
