Nicolas Aubin dominates St-Austreberthe, Yentel Martens best Belgian
Today the 63rd motocross of Sainte-Austreberthe took place. Man in form Nicolas Aubin was clearly the strongest, the Suzuki rider won the three heats. Once again Zach Pichon showed his skills on the 450. The Honda rider finished second (3-3-2) ahead of Shaun Simpson (5-2-3).
On the Belgian side, Yentel Martens turned out to be the most regular, with whom he immediately took revenge for his bad day in Thomer-la-Sôgne! The Husqvarna sand specialist finished sixth in the daytime standings. The KTM North Europe riders were also in good rhythm. Petar Petrov and Jeffrey Dewulf finished fifth and eighth respectively in the final standings.
The returning Christophe Pourcel has clearly not forgotten how to cross. CPP377 finished second in the first heat, but had to settle for seventh place due to a dropout in the second heat.
Noppennieuws columnist Lars Van Berkel was also present. Lars finished 14th in France.
