JAGO GEERTS BEATS PRADO!!!
Jorge Prado has been beaten for the first time this year and how! On the circuit of Saint Jean d'Angely, Jago Geerts managed to beat the Spaniard in a direct duel! The KTM rider comes out of the first corner as the leader, where Geerts narrowly manages to finish in the top five, but the KEMEA rider then quickly works his way to second place. Prado has the lead for more than 30 minutes, but then the rider from Balen arrives. Just after the sign for the last two laps has gone out, Geerts takes the lead and the Yamaha rider wins ahead of Prado and Thomas Kjer Olsen. Davy Pootjes scores very well in fifth place, Bas Vaessen crosses the finish line in 15th. No points for Brent Vandoninck (23rd) and Rene de Jong (26th).
