Eric Leijtens close to the top ten in Rhenen
After the well-run race in Oss, Eric Leijtens did not participate in the second Dutch Masters of Motocross. The KTM rider was in action the same day during the No Fear Energy Cup in Gemert. On Ascension Day, the Brabander was behind the starting gate in Rhenen again. During the third Dutch Masters of Motocross, Leijtens only scored in the second round. Unfortunately he dropped out of the first moto with engine trouble. Fortunately the second heat went better. Leijtens, who turned 27 last week, started the race in the top ten, but due to a slide he lost eighth place. From twentieth place, the No Fear Energy-supported rider managed to work his way back to eleventh place, making him the best 2-stroke rider.
