A heavy crash for Marcel Conijn!
Marcel Conijn had a serious crash during the final preparations for the Portuguese Grand Prix. This crash left the Kawasaki rider with a broken collarbone, broken rib and lung contusion! The rider from Terschelling is currently staying in the hospital in Groningen. It is still unclear how long the GP rider will be out of action. This season Conijn is competing for Gebben Racing-Van Venrooij-Kawasaki in the FIM MX2 World Championship and he is getting closer to the points.
