Dean Gregoire back in the top ten!
Dean Gregoire performed strongly under sunny conditions during the third race of the European Championship 65cc North-West. In Slagelse, the rider from Geldrop managed to finish ninth in the daily rankings. The victory went to Vitezslav Marek, he won both heats and is also the leader in the standings. The top ten of this championship can go to the EMX final in the Czech Republic!
1st heat:
On Saturday, the Alpinestars-clad rider qualified seventh for the competitions. The start of the first heat is not very good, but he still starts the race just outside the top ten. A little later, however, things go wrong and the Brabander falls briefly. He can continue the race from 27th place, but he will have to work hard! The student is entrusted with that and he sends his Motorex-lubricated KTM back into the points in a beautiful way. After three laps he entered the top twenty and then worked his way up to fourteenth place. The bet is therefore rewarded with seven points!
2st heat:
In the second moto Dean reacts very well when the starting gate goes down and he enters the first corner in the top five. Due to a mistake he loses four places and a little later another slide follows. From tenth place, the No Fear Energy-supported rider then recovered very well to complete the race in seventh! With fourteenth place in the first heat, Dean still comes ninth in the daily rankings!
JMS Mol-Balen:
Noam Mezzavilla and Sjevy Klokgieter took action on the famous 'Keiheuvel' during a JMS competition. In the lightest class, Noam finished second in both heats. Our Belgian also finished second in the daily rankings in Mol-Balen! In the 65cc class, Sjevy also managed to finish second in the daily rankings! The 8-year-old rider finished third in the first heat, but later in the afternoon he took the victory.
Next game:
On May 19, the KNMV Open Dutch Championship will continue in Eersel, a weekend later the fourth EMX65 competition will take place in Reutlingen, Germany!
