Chase Sexton Seizes Power in 250SX!
The penultimate round of the 250SX Championship on the East Coast was a waste of time for Austin Forkner. Due to the knee injury that the Pro Circuit Kawasaki rider suffered two weeks ago in Nashville, Chase Sexton suddenly found himself in pole position for the title. Forkner bit back the pain but had to watch as Sexton and Cooper took advantage!
The triumph was complete in New Jersey for Geico-Honda's Chase Sexton. The young rider from Florida not only won the final, he also took the championship lead! In the meantime, Forkner had to settle for one meager point. Justin Cooper, who finished third yesterday, is the most dangerous opponent for Sexton, who will enter the final in Las Vegas as the leader next weekend. The Star Racing Yamaha pilot follows the new leader Sexton by nine points. See here the 250SX highlights.
