Evgeny Bobryshev misses Dutch Masters Axel!
Evgeny Bobryshev suffered a wrist injury in Spain in the preparation for next season, but was hopeful that he would be fit enough and left for the Argentine Grand Prix in good spirits. Unfortunately, he experienced too much pain in his wrist on Saturday, which forced him to leave the race early in the qualifying heat. As a result, the BOS GP rider had decided not to aggravate the injury and not to start the two heats on Sunday. Earlier this week, the sympathetic Russian had a check-up in the hospital in Herentals where he had an injection in the wrist. Now he has to take a few days of rest, hopefully he will be back in the Matterley Basin in England!
I spoke to my good friend this morning and asked whether he should miss the first race of the Dutch Masters of Motocross in Axel, Zeeland? Bobby answered us that he finds it a great shame not to be present in Axel. Even more so, he likes to go to Zeeland because the club always works hard to provide a perfect track to the riders. It would also have been good to make extra meters with the BOS GP Kawasaki. But I have to focus mainly on the Grand Prix races. He kept open whether Bobby will ignore all the Dutch Masters.
