Cross goggles are mandatory during GP weekend!
After Calvin Vlaanderen's incident during the Monster Energy Motocross of Nations in Buchanan, the FIM has adjusted the rules. From this year onwards, a motocross rider is obliged to wear motocross goggles during the entire competition! To prevent dangerous situations in the 'Pit Lane', the 'Goggle Lane' was created. The special place is next to the pits and there drivers can come and get new glasses or change glasses during the races.
