Dean Ferris confirmed as Romain Febvre's replacement!
Yamaha Motor Europe has just announced that Dean Ferris will take over the place of the injured Romain Febvre within the Yamaha factory team for the next 3 GPs. Febvre, who underwent surgery at the University Hospital of Antwerp on March 13, currently faces a rehabilitation period of 6 weeks, which means he will have to miss out on the big prizes of Matterley Basin, Valkenswaard and Pietramurata. Ferris will therefore compete for Yamaha during this 3rd race, the brand for which he won 3 consecutive Australian motocross titles.
