Davy Pootjes rides his best opening GP ever!
In recent years, Davy Pootjes was in the corner where the blows fell. The rider from Ammerzoden had to deal with a lot of injuries, but giving up is not an option. The Husqvarna rider has gathered a good group of people around him and he looks back on the first GP of the season. “It was a positive weekend for me. I finished neatly in the top ten twice. There could have been a little more in the second moto, but I went home in one piece with two consistent motos. For me this is my best start to a season since my MX2 career. I will now continue to build and take steps. I am currently physically stronger than ever and I feel good about myself.”
