Kirk Gibbs switches to Yamaha
After six seasons with KTM Kirk Gibbs switched to Yamaha in 2019. Gibbs goes for it CDR Yamaha Monster Energy Team come out where he replaces Dean Ferris has been attracted. Ferris has decided not to defend his title in Australia but to cross over to the USA. Gibbs did not get further than eleventh place in the final standings, he had to miss four games due to an injury!
